Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our client located in Tunbridge Wells who are currently looking for a temporary Accounts Administrator to support them for 2 months to cover an additonal workload.
The ideal Accounts Administrator would need to be able to conduct the below duties:
Accounts Administrator duties:
* Matching, batching and code sales ledger invoices
* Match, code and batch purchase ledger invoices
* Scanning invoices into the system
* Send out remittance advices
* Keep the accounts email in-box up to date
* Scan, photocopy and file accounts paperwork
You do not require working experience as an Accounts Administrator however you would need to show a passion for numbers and accounts or studying towards an accountancy qualification. You would need to fully commit to an office-based position and you are available to start work without any notice, then please apply!
