We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager (Electrical) to join our Natural Resources team, to travel to sites on our Thames Water patch with initial focus being our site at Mogden Wastewater Treatment Works site. Location : Able to travel or stay away from home, at Mogden – Twickenham Contract : Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know Responsibilities We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join NRNN business unit. In this role you'll lead the Electrical Operations from design review to commissioning and handover within the Kier Water Business unit. Your day to day will include: Managing and helping to recruit a team of Electrical engineers to manage multiple Projects within TWUL. Reviewing and approving Scope of works for each Electrical package of works, and aid the tender. enquires to contract award of the sub-contract packages. Managing the Programme of works both upstream (Client) and downstream (Sub-Contract). Aiding with the design review processes and Client facing meetings (Engineering Manager will take the lead). Managing the procurement to delivery of all Electrical Works What are we looking for? This Senior Operations Manager is great for you if you have: Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree) and Chartership with IET or working towards. Experience of managing the Electrical delivery of major projects within the water industry or similar. Excellent communication and project management skills including leading and managing technical teams. Able to take the lead with client interfaces and manage project delivery on technical and business aspects of team outputs.
