We are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Ealing, seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team from April 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is considering a career in teaching or working with children in an educational setting.
The Role:
Supporting students across the school, ensuring all children, including those with additional needs, receive the guidance they need to succeed.
Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Leading small-group interventions to support learning and development.
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
Assisting with day-to-day classroom activities and school events.The Ideal Candidate:
A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
Passionate about inclusion and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Full of energy, proactive, and eager to get involved in all aspects of school life.
A great communicator who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
