In close cooperation with food producers, the Food & Beverage division develops differentiated ingredients and flavor solutions that meet consumer needs for naturalness and distinctive taste experiences. The division supplies individual tonalities and complete solutions for use in the final product, which, apart from the actual taste, can contain additional functional ingredients to protect taste and promote health.
Your Role
As a key member of the Global Key Account (GKA) team, you will lead the development and execution of innovative strategies, enabling the delivery of sustainable, profitable growth for our Global Key Accounts. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will shape business plans, manage performance, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. Your ability to analyze, influence, and execute will be critical in driving global success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute dynamic customer strategies in collaboration with global teams, aligning with long-term growth objectives.Consolidate and streamline strategic approaches to create a unified vision for GKA priorities.Drive key initiatives such as new growth opportunities, operating model evolution, and strategic planning.
2. Financial and Performance Management: Lead global sales budget alignment and strategic planning processes, including a 5-year growth roadmap.Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and create actionable business cases.Provide data-driven insights and compelling presentations to inform key business decisions.
3. Collaboration and Business Partnering: Work closely with finance teams, innovation leads, and senior management to implement strategies and ensure alignment.Represent GKA in S&OP meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize customer engagements.
4. Market and Competitor Analysis: Regularly assess market dynamics, competitor activities, and strategic options to refine and enhance organizational direction.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong global relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting GKA priorities and success stories.
6. People Development: Manage and mentor team members, fostering growth and ensuring the delivery of strategic objectives.
About You
Are you a highly analytical, results-driven professional with a flair for collaboration and strategic execution? If you possess a strong background in global strategy and are eager to contribute to transformative initiatives, this role is ideal for you.
Qualifications & Experience:
7. A degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred), specializing in Strategy and Innovation.
8. Proven success in multinational organizations, ideally within Global Key Account Management.
9. Expertise in data systems such as EIS/SAP and a strong understanding of the Food & Beverages industry.
