We’re looking for Call Centre Specialists to join our team in the Wescot, Hull office. You will be having conversations with people to support them to get back to financial wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing as a Call Centre Specialist:
In this rewarding, call-based role, we’ll support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service in helping our customer achieve financial health. Your role will involve:
14. Using your empathy and resilience skills to talk about difficult subjects relevant to our financial assessments.
15. Tailoring affordable repayment plans to help our customers on the road to financial recovery.
16. Handling inbound and dialler based outbound calls.
17. Providing exceptional customer service via telephone
18. Working to call KPIs and internal quality standards.
Call Centre Specialist Training:
19. Four-week office-based induction
20. Monday to Friday between 08.30am & 4pm (35-hour weeks)
Call Centre Specialist Shifts:
21. Monday to Friday between 8am & 8pm
22. 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 4pm
23. We offer 35, 37.5 or 40 hours per week contracts.
24. Your choice to work the hours over 4 or 5 days per week post training.
25. 3 week rolling shift pattern, meaning you’ll always know when you’re scheduled to work and can plan a healthy work-life balance.
