Supply Chain Q-Commerce Demand Planner
£34,680 - £40,800 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
5 over 7 days working pattern with some occasional weekend working (up to 8 weekend days per year)

12-month fixed-term contract
We're looking for a Supply Chain Q-Commerce Demand Planner to join us and help us maintain excellent working relationships with our Q-Commerce Partners, stores and all our support centre functions. Making sure that we can bring more of our great products to our customers across the country at the right time every time.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Q-comm, Supply Chain and Commercial teams. In Supply Chain, we'll look to you to identify new strategic approaches to maintaining great availability of products to our existing channels (including Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat). If you can bring us the analytical skills and the collaborative working style we need, we can offer you the chance to play a key part in our business.
What you'll do
* Build relationships and work collaboratively with partners across the business and externally, supporting them and making sure we're getting things right first time
* Respond to partner queries (internal and external to Co-op) about our products and processes, offering fact-based recommendations using information available
* Represent Supply Chain in regular forum groups, holding colleagues and teams to account where necessary and ensuring our partners and customers are at the forefront of decision making
* Attend weekly MI sessions and use data to influence and identify opportunities for growth
* Drive the 2025 Supply Chain Q-commerce strategy
This role would suit people who have
* Experience in a retail trading and Supply Chain working environment
* Excellent influencing and relationship management skills, from internal colleagues to senior leaders
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, and the confidence to use and learn new systems
* Previous SAP experience or experience using forecasting/replenishment systems
* Proven experience of delivering significant change at store level across hundreds of sites
