Digital Marketing Manager – Part time (2-3 days a week)
£35-40k, Hybrid/flexi working

We're looking for an experienced CRM/Digital Marketing Manager to join an exciting, fast-paced consumer research agency. We have worked with this agency for over 7 years and have placed the last 2 hires into this team, so you can say that we know them pretty well.
What will you be doing?
* You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement the agency’s CRM and email marketing strategy. Specifically, you will help promote an industry-leading subscription-based product that is already proving very successful.
* Working alongside the Account Director and BDD, you will run their email marketing campaigns via HubSpot, helping them manage prospects through the funnel.
* You’ll analyse key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for more engaging content and ideas for general brand awareness.
* Occasionally you may be required to update and maintain the company website and landing page.
To be successful, you’ll need:
* 3+ years of experience in marketing, and significant working knowledge of HubSpot
* Bags of initiative and creativity, they are looking for an ideas person, possibly from an agency or start-up environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate your ideas clearly and effectively
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Ideally at least a basic HubSpot qualification
