Job Description
This role includes:
1. Communicating with clients to schedule/book in jobs.
2. Managing correspondence by answering and updating spreadsheets/portals.
3. Answering phone calls.
4. Assisting senior administrators.
5. Preparing documentation for Contract/Account Managers.
A large part of the role will be assisting and taking control of the change of engineer's paperwork to web-based handheld devices.

1. Strong attention to detail.
2. Ability to work without supervision.
3. Excellent time management skills.
4. Good communication skills.
5. IT skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
6. Organisational skills.

High Wycombe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
