Day-to-day of the role: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. Work closely with a team of 7, collaborating with wider departments to enhance service delivery. Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Utilise technical knowledge to support and drive sales processes. Participate in continuous training and development to stay ahead in the industry. Be responsible for the business requirements of your allocated sales area and work within the sales team to be flexible with other areas also Efficient and effective handling of all enquiries and complaints received from allocated customers. Be responsible for self-administration and organisation including preparation of quotations in response to enquiries for products or services. Use Engineering and Systems teams to support and serve your area in the implementation of the successful sales of application solutions and systems.
