Salary: The starting salary will be £42,632 - £52,183 per annum, on Grade F, depending on qualifications and experience.
Contractual hours: 36.5

The role
This full-time role is available immediately on a permanent basis.
As the IT PMO Team Lead you will be responsible for managing IT Service’s Portfolio Management Office (PMO). The job is to provide the structure, management information, tools, processes and ways of working to support projects to stay on track and on budget, and that the project and programme teams work efficiently and effectively.
You
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
* Leadership experience and experience of managing teams in a matrix environment, setting performance standards and targets, creating communities, and motivating others.
* Previous experience of working in Digital and Technology environments
* Recent, significant experience of performing a PMO analyst/team lead role and operating within a robust programme and project management framework
* Experience of embedding a PPM framework and associated tools.
