As a Property Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operational success of our property portfolio. You’ll be responsible for maintaining compliance records, coordinating maintenance tasks, and providing exceptional service to tenants, landlords, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities of a property coordinator:

Compliance & Maintenance Management: Maintain accurate records of compliance certifications, maintenance tasks, and work orders.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure targets are met in line with contractual obligations.
*
Tenant Relations: Be the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
*
Leasing Support: Assist the Commercial and Legal team with leasing processes.
*
Service & Compliance Resolution: Work closely with Property Managers to resolve service and compliance issues in a timely manner.
*
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external contractors.
What we are looking for in a property coordinator:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service or administrative role. Previous experience in property compliance is desirable.
*
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new business software systems.
*
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
*
Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership.
*
Organisational Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive company information with discretion
