What You’ll Achieve
Supported by a team of marketing experts, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing strategies tailored to each prospect, and helping us become the trusted digital marketing partner for businesses across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively seek and establish new business opportunities and build meaningful relationships in the marketing industry.
* Collaborate with our marketing and account teams to ensure smooth handovers include strategies that speak to the needs of each potential client.
* Build a robust lead pipeline, ensuring a steady foundation for both individual and company growth.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets to unlock an uncapped bonus structure.
* Analyse data to understand development areas and make strategic adjustments that keep you on target.
* Represent Altitude Marketing at industry events, expanding our influence and network.
Is This You?
* You have at least 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the marketing or digital services industry.
* You’re a proven performer in B2B sales, with a record of exceeding targets within the marketing, advertising, or digital services sectors.
* You’re eager to advance to a Sales Manager role and have a strong vision for leadership.
* Excellent at building relationships, with top-notch communication and networking skills.
* Highly self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
* Knowledgeable and passionate about digital marketing, with an understanding of its potential for driving business success.
* Familiar with CRMs (Pipedrive experience is a plus), and ready to leverage these tools to maximise success.
