Intake and Assessment - Practitioner Manager Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge - £40.49 Umbrella Vale of Glamorgan Council Within the Intake Team, Practitioner Managers have specific roles and responsibilities depending on their areas of responsibility. We are looking for an experienced practitioner with supervisory or mentoring experience, who will be responsible for decision making at the front door. This includes the screening of referrals, oversight of enquiries and ensuring timely decision making for children within the Vale of Glamorgan. To be successful you will: know what good practice looks like, be experienced in delivering excellent outcomes with children, young people and their families. be able to manage risk confidently. promote strong partnerships across a range of multi-agency partners.
