Customer Service Advisor – Office based, Felixstowe, Suffolk
Full-time, Temporary position, Monday to Friday, 0800-1700
£12.02 Per hour, PAYE

We’re seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the Freight industry. This will be working with a multi-award winning company and the UK’s largest provider of their sector. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer matters, providing a high standard of customer service.
* Effective communication between customers, colleagues and other offices.
* Assist, analyze and effectively communicate solutions to customers.
* Receive and process bookings within an agreed timescale.
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the customer and advising where necessary.
* Communicating via multiple methods, such as Telephone and email.
* Undertake any other appropriate tasks as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
* Able to communicate effectively via Telephone and email
* Willingness to learn new systems and undertake training
* Previous experience in a customer service, office based environment
* Able to organize and prioritise workloads
