Client Services is a Tier 2 team that are considered the face of Ecolab Digital who support our user base. The role involves both remote and face-to-face interactions and offers opportunities to provide support and develop working relationships across Europe. The role will be based in the Andover, UK. As a Digital Services Apprentice reporting to Andover’s IT Operations Analyst, you will have a unique opportunity to gain and grow your knowledge in the Digital Services environment. You will get to play a key role in the department developing the basic skills to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of team. You will be studying for level 3 Apprenticeship Key Responsibilities Providing IT support to end users based across Market North regions of the UK, Republic of Ireland. Liaise with partners and vendors on IT related user support. Perform incident and problem analysis to resolve or escalate incidents and requests. Perform implementation support. Attend end-user meetings as requested. Work with Ecolab Digital global support teams to act as a local ‘hands and eyes’ resource as required to ensure regional infrastructure is maintained at a high service availability level. Creation and upkeep of Knowledge Base articles. Creation of training materials for end users at all IT knowledge levels.
