As a Barbering Tutor you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of grooming professionals, guiding students through the art and techniques of barbering. Your role involves inspiring and instructing students in various skills such as cutting, shaving, and grooming, developing comprehensive lesson plans that seamlessly blend the latest trends, tools, and industry standards in the field of barbering. You will equip students with the skills necessary for success in the ever-evolving grooming and beauty industry. Sharing practical insights and facilitating hands-on experiences, your goal is to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities that await them in the dynamic world of barbering. Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your duties extend beyond traditional teaching to encourage creativity and excellence in barbering, instilling in students the passion and expertise needed to become future leaders in the grooming profession. The successful candidate will deliver up to Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Barbering to students studying on the ApprenticeshipsNI and Skills for Life & Work (School Leavers) training programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Barbering Industry; and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications.
