Location: Poole Head Office (full time on-site)

We are on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-oriented person to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will supply a sound admin back up to the customer service team and Account Managers, and will build and maintain excellent relationships, both internally and externally.
About you:
· You love providing A* customer service to businesses and end users
· You are happy and comfortable talking on the phone and will accept calls/messages where needed.
· You are highly organised and thrive off a process.
· You’re eager to learn, and gain valuable experience in customer service/sales support
About the role:
· Order processing for our ‘house’ accounts and website orders. Seeing orders through from point of order, through to manufacturing and delivery/invoicing.
· Liaising and working with Account Managers to provide support where needed.
· Liaising and working with Planning/Production & Logistics in relation to deliveries and lead times, and feeding this back to customers.
· Invoicing orders daily and distributing to relevant person/account
· Answering and recording telephone calls. Always taking contact name, number and time for calls when necessary
· When considered necessary or appropriate by management, you may be required to carry out any duties considered within your skill and competence to assist the smooth running of the business
· Understanding customers’ needs and requirements, producing various reports where needed.
· Maintain Internal pricing and EDI databases with customer information
· To manage forward order tray system for the office
· General office administration for Customer Services Team including managing an effective filing system and post.
Key Skills:
· Sage 200 experience preferable but not essential.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, internally and externally.
· Strong listening skills
· Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
This role would suit someone looking to start their career in sales support/customer services. No prior experience is needed, but someone who is a quick thinker, has great communication skills and organisation skills would thrive in this role.
