Together with our partners, we support thousands of homeless young people each year. Havering Service provides Ofsted-regulated support services for care leavers and at-risk young people within the London Borough of Havering. Our services encompass a range of support levels, from high-intensity to low-intensity, and include 24/7 provision. The Service Manager provides leadership and management across three service sites, responsible for the overall delivery and performance of the service. They will ensure high quality outcomes for young people by providing effective leadership and developing strong working partnerships with Social Services teams. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for: Working with the Operations Manager to lead a dynamic frontline team Overseeing operations across multiple physical locations. Developing the skills within the team to create an ever-evolving approach to support Line management of supported and progression officers, night staff, and deputy manager Managing referrals and strengthening commissioning relationships Working closely with other services and managers across the region Ensuring young people are supported in a PIE focussed trauma-informed way Accountability for reporting and target management Why join Centrepoint?
