HR Manager / HR Director – EMEA

We’re seeking an HR Manager or HR Director to partner with senior leadership and deliver impactful solutions across Western Europe / EMEA. This role calls for a strategic thinker with multi-site HR experience and a proactive mindset to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business goals in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
✅ Provide guidance and coaching to senior leaders across multiple European sites, tackling complex HR challenges confidently.
✅ Ensure compliance with varying labour laws, understanding the nuances between countries like Germany, France, and Spain, and proactively addressing them.
✅ Support M&A activities, helping to integrate teams and drive organisational growth.
✅ Foster diversity and inclusion to build an engaged and high-performing workforce.
✅ Administer employee benefits programs, including overseeing pension administration through third-party providers.
What You’ll Bring:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, labour relations, organisational development, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
✔️ Experience: 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-site operations across Europe.
✔️ Expertise in European labour laws, with the ability to navigate diverse regulations.
✔️ Strong organisational development skills, with proven success in leading through change, including M&A activities.
✔️ Problem-solving prowess, adapting to new challenges and finding practical solutions.
✔️ Proactive and collaborative mindset.
✔️ Flexibility to travel up to 30% across Europe.
