Customer Service Advisor\nNottingham City Centre Outskirts (near London Road) with free parking\nUpto £24,000\nOur client is a well established, reputable local business looking to recruit 2 Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and friendly team.\nFull time roles based in lovely offices with free parking on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.\nResponsibilities will include:\n * Communicating with customers via phone, email and web chat\n * Providing sales and technical support in a busy and buzzy environment\n * Taking calls from customers with queries about spare parts - checking availability and costs\n * Interacting with both external and internal customers in a timely and effective way in order to provide exceptional customer service\n * Updating internal systems\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n * Experience working in a busy customer service environment\n * Excellent telephone and communication skills\n * High degree of accuracy and attention to detail\n * Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages and email\n * The ability to easily absorb technical and product information\n * Be adaptable and be able to take the initiative\nReally great opportunity for a friendly and personable individual to join a busy team in a well known organisation.
