Job overview
The Rotherham CAMHS Service has undergone a period of service redesign, creating an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 or 6 CAMHS Practitioner to join our Getting Help Pathway Team.
The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team, completing assessments and providing evidence-based interventions, advice, and support to professionals, parents, and young people.
Main duties of the job
We seek a CAMHS Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality and effective services to children, young people, and their families. You will be child and young person-centered in your approach, possess excellent clinical skills, and have experience of multi-agency working. You should demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously, with experience of working within a children and young people safeguarding framework.

Person specification
Qualifications
* A professional Nursing qualification, Occupational Therapist qualification, or Social Work with current registration
* Specialist Qualification in CBT, FT, or other appropriate therapy
* Degree or equivalent
* A qualification or completion of a formal training program in Clinical Supervision
* Managing and prioritising a complex caseload
* Theoretical and practical knowledge
