Salary: £26,520 - £33,660 (Dependent On Experience) plus; - Health Insurance - -Hybrid Working - -Flexible Working Patterns - Extensive Training & Development Support - Annual Profit Share Bonus Role Summary A high growth, pioneering consultancy, working across the UK, dedicated to enhancing nature and biodiversity are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to deliver a range of project coordination related functions to support and enable the business to deliver efficient, profitable and client centric services across ecology and biodiversity work streams. Working closely with the Management Team(s) you will utilise the chosen project management software system to coordinate resources and plan against delivery tasks. You will manage the project budgets and ensure that completed tasks are marked for the issuing of invoices. You will be the point of contact for clients during their projects. Responsibilities - Undertake the project coordination of projects/clients, including fiscal management, logistics, project monitoring - Scheduling of meetings and appointments between clients and Ecologists in line with the agreed delivery scope - Manage resource planning of project delivery including third party suppliers and subcontractors - Maintains project records within the project management solution - Proactively manage client relationships, building rapport and trust - Continually review and improve project management systems and methodology to ensure practices stay current and robust as Biodiverse Consulting grows and expands into newmarkets - Support the Senior Management Team in securing new work/clients,especially large scale,complex projects - Ability to plan for and manage project risks; and take swift, appropriate and decisive action to address issues Candidate Specifiation - Experience of coordinating resources in a Project Support setting. Environmental and / or ecology knowledge and understanding is desirable but not essential. - Resource planning and co-ordination of work schedules. - Project budget management including invoicing - Experience of using and maintaining Project Management software - Extensive experience of using Microsoft Office programmes & Apps - Knowledge of project management software solutions for commercial consultancies e.g. EVX desirable - Knowledge of planning and construction processes desirable - Knowledge of retail, residential development and solar sectors desirable Qualifications - Degree or equivalent in a business or management related subject - Desirable: Prince 2 Practitioner, Membership of APM, IPM or similar organisation with strong project management credentials - Desirable NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.
