Your next challenge Main Assignments · Meet and exceed your new business target as well as KPI's · Work closely with both the marketing and client engagement teams to maximise opportunities and results · Working with the above, you will also be responsible for identifying, visiting and ultimately winning new business from our target markets · You will have clear targets and KPI's related to business volume, revenue, conversion and 'meeting' generation, as well as division profitability · To build a pipeline of future work and ensure that the company's new business revenue target is achieved · A focus on developing wider group opportunities is also imperative to the role · Ensuring quality and consistency in calls, outreach, CRM tech stack maintenance. · Calling, emailing, social selling and creating bespoke videos to wow prospects. · Prospecting into multiple stakeholders including C-Level Executives. · Desire to build a strong professional social presence and nurture relationships online. · Attend / join networking events / channels to drive business development. · Build strong internal working relationships for learning and collaboration. · Maintain or exceed pipeline goal of 4x value of sales forecast · Timely and accurate revenue forecasting, ability to accurately forecast 30/60/90 days out (/- 10% accuracy I'm looking for; · Uncontrollable curiosity / passion incurable hunger for learning and development · Exceptional verbal and written communication · Ability to challenge the customers' way of thinking · Proven track record of deliverables against KPIs · Strong pipeline management / nurturing mindset work ethic · Experience of B2B sales essential | SaaS or subscription product (desired) · Experience of selling recognition essential · Tools | Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Nav · Bigger picture mindset - wants to be part of something bigger · High understanding of the Employee Engagement Market with 2 years experience selling platform based · solution in same space.
