We are looking for a Site Systems Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis in our new Sustainable Distribution Centre (SDC) site.

Key Responsibilities
As Site Systems Manager, you will lead the successful implementation and optimisation of systems projects at our new, fully automated SDC site in Northampton.
Working at the interface of operations, IT and customer relationships, you’ll take ownership of system setup, development and user acceptance testing, supporting the site team to deliver on key IT outputs.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for customer system queries, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure system developments are aligned with business and client needs
- Produce accurate reports to track costs, progress and project performance
- Support your team’s development through training, mentoring and performance reviews
Key Requirements
To be considered as our Site Systems Manager, you will need:
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Experience of warehouse management systems at a Super User level
- Experience of managing projects and achieving tight deadlines
- Experience leading and influencing teams in an environment of change
- An understanding of IT technologies and delivery of systems
- The ability to design overall systems solutions to meet specific customer requirements and deliverables
- Excellent PowerBI skills
