The solution is growing and expanding and now that Lorien have been awarded the full MSP Recruitment Solution for this client as well means we are searching for an Onsite Recruitment Manager / Client Services Manager to drive MSP excellence. You will be joining a fantastic established onsite recruitment team, where the client view Lorien as a trusted partner and an extension to their business to take full ownership and responsibility for all their contract recruitment needs. A true collaboration. This is a leadership role where you will own the whole recruitment process for the client. Managing an existing team of RBP's to delivery against all contract needs for all the corporate functions. You will report directly in to the Account Director yet have complete responsibly for operational excellence and own the recruitment process for the client. As a result, this opportunity would suit an established Client Services Manager or Onsite Account Manager with a proven background in an MSP environment with “people management” experience. If you have worked in an MSP environment with clients in either the Insurance, Professional Services, Banking or Consultancy arenas you will have distinct advantage due to the sector this client operate it. Working with this Lorien MSP customer account and acting as our customer’s representative, the Onsite Recruitment Team is responsible for promoting our customer’s brand within the employment market. You will be the key point of contact for recruitment services and act as a bridge between the client and the internal stakeholders and Lorien’s delivery team and external 2nd Tier / 3rd Tier agencies for all contract delivery across all corporate functions. You will not be “hands on recruiting” as such, more strategic, operational, stakeholder management and facilitating the recruitment process while driving best practise and recruitment excellence. With direct client access, good volume and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity. You will need to have come from an MSP environment and fully understand contract recruitment for this opportunity as you will have full operational management of the MSP solution, and responsible for the effective delivery of all in-scope services to the client ensuring that all contractual and service commitments are monitored and met. The role of an Onsite Client Services Manager: Proficient in full life cycle contract recruitment delivery. Supporting all corporate functions recruitment – IT / Tech, Finance, Accountancy, Head Office, etc. Experience working with clients in the Insurance, Banking or Consultancy sectors (or similar) Liaise with multiple senior stakeholders with the client and communicate the benefits of MSP solutions. Provide recruitment advice to Hiring Managers Experience managing a team of Onsite Recruiters Develop, in conjunction with HR, an improved Employee Value proposition. Manage end to end recruitment process and advising on appropriate sourcing strategies Working collaboratively with Lorien delivery team to fill roles Leading all strategic review meetings with Client Working with MI team to produce engaging and informative review packs Typically, strong skills and experience in people management, relationship management and senior stakeholder management will be required for this opportunity. While also been able to drive direct sourcing strategies to both financial & service related KPI’s and SLA’s. This is a senior high touch point opportunity and the salary and package will reflect our desire to appoint the right individual. The clients main sites are in Edinburgh & London. Please note due to the nature of the role and the scope and opportunity to grow the account it is important to understand that while we do adopt of hybrid approach to office / home / client site working, we do see this role being more onsite, client facing and engaging (2-3 days onsite).
