Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan, deliver, and assess learning activities under the guidance of a teacher.
✔ Support pupils’ academic progress, working with individuals, small groups, or whole classes.
✔ Assist with behaviour management, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
✔ Provide support to teachers in planning and delivering the curriculum.
✔ Contribute to the development of educational resources and classroom displays.
✔ Offer social and emotional support to pupils, promoting inclusion and well-being.
✔ Cover lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity in learning.
What We’re Looking For:
HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
Experience working in primary or secondary education.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for supporting students and raising attainment.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
