Pay Range: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum + uncapped bonus
Job Description: Reed Glasgow is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team, specialising in Accountancy and Finance recruitment across the Glasgow and surrounding area. This is an existing desk with a strong client base, covering the North of the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Cultivate relationships with new clients through phone outreach.
* Client Engagement: Attend business meetings with existing and prospective clients.
* Relationship Management: Nurture existing client connections and identify growth opportunities.
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and match candidates to meet client recruitment needs.
* Effective Advertising: Craft compelling job vacancies to attract top-tier candidates.
* Interview Facilitation: Prepare candidates for interviews.
* Negotiation: Facilitate offers between clients and candidates.
