Screening and Compliance Administrator (FTC)
Role Overview
Perform comprehensive screening and reference checks to assess the suitability of potential employees.
Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations within the department.
Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to uphold high standards of service.
Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and precision.
Craft clear and concise emails and communications to minimize the risk of misunderstandings, both in written and verbal forms.
Identify and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance as outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs), focusing on high-priority tasks to meet critical deadlines.
Conduct and organize audits to assess and ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency within the department.
Ensure compliance to BS7858; experience would be advantageous, but a willingness to learn is great!

Contract Details
6 Months Fixed Term (Initially)
37.5 Hours Per Week - Hybrid (1 Day a week in our Milton Keynes HQ)
£23,944 (Pro Rata)
