ALP Schools are a growing chain of small independent schools catering for young people with special educational needs. Parkview Academy is Ofsted registered for 50 learners, and as such, class sizes are small, ranging from one-to-one teaching to classes of up to 10 learners. The school’s vision is to empower success through holistic and individualised learning. To achieve this, we work with learners from primary to post-16 and ensure that their needs are met and that each individual is provided with a wide range of learning opportunities.
We care for the well-being of our learners and our staff team. As such, all employees are provided with a BUPA Cash Plan scheme, annual well-being initiatives and termly perks. We also provide annual appraisals for all staff and actively encourage a range of CPD to help progress and create career opportunities.
We are looking for a qualified teacher or somebody with teaching experience who has enthusiasm and a passion for working with this challenging area of special educational needs. You will actively promote the curriculum policy by teaching and assisting others in planning, delivering and assessing a range of subjects. You will teach SEN learners with others to ensure they are achieving their full potential.
