Join the Close Brothers Motor Operations Team where you will be responsible for providing transactional account management support and guidance to our dealer partners at every stage of their journey to build sustainable long-lasting relationships. Working as part of the Motor Operations team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in providing transactional support to the Account Managers with account and proposal queries, evolving dealer partner needs and focused dealer funding support with excellent customer and partner transactional account management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Proactively support our dealer partners with transactional business and commercial related queries and operational efficiencies (e-mail or telephone).
* Proactively engage with the sales account management team to optimise the dealer partner experience and commercial performance.
* Professionally respond to dealer calls and maintain strong relationships.
* Utilise Salesforce.com (CRM) to enrich dealer partner data to support sales activities.
* Support with dealer commission payments and any associated pricing queries.
* Provide focused support for the dealer funding proposition.
* Adhere to set sales and operations policies and procedures.
* Work effectively within a workflow management structure.
* Manage the dealer onboarding process at 30, 60 and 90 day stages.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
* Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
* Previous experience in a customer focused environment with professional communication skills.
* Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process.
* Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
* The ability to work well as part of a team.
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to self-manage priorities.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
* Knowledge of regulations relating to Compliance, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Consumer Credit Directive or Consumer Credit Act.
* Experience of using a CRM and/or Salesforce.com.
* Previous experience or understanding of working within a sales process.
* Previous experience or knowledge of credit risk assessment and retail pricing models.
* A sound understanding of the wider Motor Finance market.
