Job Description As a Property Development Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of Property Developments. You will monitor the ongoing progress, assessment of costs and monitoring of exit strategies for live projects. You will use your technical building skills and experience to monitor the developments and report back to the Development Funding team to allow the business to release further funds against the project. As a Property Development Manager, we are looking for someone to: Manage a portfolio of development projects including regular visits and consistent contact on a rolling programme.
