Consumer Outcomes Coordinator
This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure to multiple teams across the business, working closely with the Head of Client Proposition, and play a key role in ensuring we deliver positive outcomes for our customers and distributors, through a Consumer Duty lens.
A bit about the job:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Proposition team, within Distribution. In this role, you will coordinate activities to measure and evidence customer outcomes, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty standards. You will liaise with internal teams such as Distribution, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance to coordinate activities and actions. You will act as a point of contact for related queries and requests from across the business, prepare regular reports for the monthly Consumer Duty Forum, and producequarterly executive and board updates. Additionally, you will gather and analyse data from customer interactions, distributor feedback, and operational processes to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also assist in the development and enhancement of processes and monitoring, and stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Working closely with compliance and oversight teams, you will ensure all activities related to customer outcomes meet regulatory requirements.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or asset management is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
