Responsibilities:
1. Provide sound and commercially minded employment advice across a wide-ranging client base, including central government, manufacturing, retail, and media organisations.
2. Manage your own caseload while supporting partner leads in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
3. Advise on equalities obligations, internal disciplinary processes, and TUPE processes.
4. Support business development and provide training on a range of employment issues.
