About The Role We are looking for inspiring, fun-loving, and caring individuals to join our care team at LDC Care Co. As a Support Worker at LDC Care Co no two days are the same. Just like you, the people we support have a range of hobbies and interests: from going on holidays (don’t worry – you get to go too), to the grand prix, having pamper days at the salon, and spending the days browsing the shops, to trying out the new local restaurants, going to the cinema, and even going to theme parks LDC Care Co provide specialist care and support to adults with complex needs within more than 60 residential care homes and supported living settings across Kent. We provide person-centred homely environments to support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and challenging behaviours (because who hasn’t had a bad day?) in ways which promote their independence and enhance their quality of life. As a Support Worker with LDC Care Co, you will be trained to provide high-quality care from Day 1.
