We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team and support our commitment to legal compliance in employment eligibility and support our Visa processing. In this vital role, you will ensure that all candidates meet regulatory standards by gathering, reviewing, and verifying right-to-work documentation and supporting visa documentation. Working closely with recruitment, account management, and external stakeholders, you’ll oversee timely processing and maintain comprehensive compliance records. This position is ideal for a proactive individual dedicated to upholding accuracy and confidentiality while playing a key role in risk management and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Administration
* Maintain candidate files and ensure accuracy of records, updating details as necessary.
* Collect, review, and verify right-to-work documentation for new hires, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
* Communicate with candidates via phone and email to deliver excellent service and support.
* Assist with international relocation support, including sourcing flights, accommodations, and UK airport transfers.
Compliance Management
* Ensure all compliance requirements are met for visa candidates, including conducting thorough compliance checks.
* Support visa application preparation, submission, and tracking, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Gather information and documents for upcoming external and internal audits.
About You:
* You bring 1-2 years of experience in a regulated compliance or administrative setting
* You’re a multitasker who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle various responsibilities with ease.
* You have excellent negotiation and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver within tight deadlines
* You possess excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
