Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Arranging maintenance and repair services in the on-site workshop.
3. Managing and resolving technical enquiries from both B2B and B2C clients.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Skills and Attributes:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone/email.
2. Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
3. Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
5. Prior experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous.
