About the Role The Profit Protection Administrator plays an important role within our team. The main purpose of the role is to support and assist the Profit Protection Team in a wide range of duties to ensure the smooth running of the department. The role will support the wider team remit, which is to mitigate operational risk and protect our people, pets and profits. As part of the role youll ensure queries and the mailbox are managed within the set SLA timeframe, respond to evidence requests within the agreed SLA, including supporting GDPR documentation. Youll also have proven ability of being able to work cross functionally in a team orientated environment, as well as being able to collaborate with other professionals within the industry. Previous Loss Prevention/Profit Protection/investigations experience desirable, but not essential Strong PC literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word are required for the role, including sound knowledge of Formulas, PIVOT TABLES, and VLOOKUP. Key Responsibilities Operational Support Own our teams central mailbox, categorise queries and escalate to the appropriate business area. Respond to queries from stores or other support office functions. Support with the collation of detail to support Police Evidence Requests, including CCTV. Chargeback management Support the Profit Protection Analysts and Fraud Queue Agents with investigations and queries. People and Relationships Build effective working relationships with key teams across the business. Share and collaborate with the wider Profit Protection Team. Administrative Support Support with Reporting. Reporting completed and communicated accurately and within agreed timescales Processing of invoices and responding to or liaising with suppliers. Ensure training and process documents are categorised correctly and reviewed as per specific deadlines. Any other ad-hoc administrative task that maybe required across all functions within the team, including distribution, vet business, retail or fraud team. Training documents logged and any issues raised to the team. About You Strong Excel knowledge Must be able to work in a team orientated environment. Able to identify and analyse problems. Prioritise and organise a large, varied workload. Strong attention to detail. Support the building of a stronger consumer brand, which will enable us to become the destination of choice for pet care.
