Sales Business Development Manager My client an established business in the food industry, with a prominent presence in the meat trade, due to strong growth and ambitions plans are seeking a Sales Manager to join their team, to support the business through on their journey. Your expertise will drive the future growth of the business, creating and executing a robust sales strategy, supported by the Directors. Responsibilities : • Develop and implement effective sales strategies • Monitor sales activities and reporting as needed • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities • Collaboration with other departments Requirements : • Proven experience in a similar sales environment within the food industry, preferably within Meat, Fish or Poultry • Strong network and credible relationships - Food service/ Discounted Retailer client base • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies • Proficient in administrative tasks, such as creating reports and analysing data • Be open to travel as needed to meet with customers- very much your diary to manage Benefits : Salary and package very much depednant on experience Strong annual leave allowance Company pension Private medical insurance Genuine opportunities to develop your career, with full support from Directors and business owner
