This part-time, temporary position offers the chance to work closely with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils, providing tailored support to help them thrive both academically and socially. About the Role• Specialism: You will work 1:1 or in small groups with students who require additional behavioural support, helping them develop positive coping strategies and fostering emotional growth. • Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive team of teachers, SEN coordinators, and external professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. • Development: Implement behaviour management strategies and adapt learning materials to meet the unique needs of each child.
