Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the position collaborates with various teams to maintain streamlined workflows. Key Responsibilities Process daily invoices for timely, accurate billing. Partner with the finance team to address overdue invoices, ensuring prompt follow-ups. Assist with vendor documentation, tax inquiries, and compliance checks as directed. Contribute to diverse operational projects, adapting to new responsibilities as needed. Address customer inquiries on behalf of the sales team, upholding high standards of service. Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in administrative or operations support (experience in sales support is advantageous). Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities with precision. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
