About this opportunity Transport Product Analytics is a team of 6 analysts, working with the Finance Business Partners and the Planning & Reporting Teams to understand the financial performance of Transport. We are part of the Performance, Planning & Analytics Team who look at all products across the Retail Bank (PCA, Saving Mortgages, Credit Cards, Loans & Transport) and within this role you will also have opportunity to understand these products in addition to Transport. As a Transport Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding the three Transport businesses – Black Horse, Lex and Tusker. This is an interesting role and the type of work you will be involved in will be varied – recent examples include profitability analysis of a new product, support on key project and a deep dive to improve understanding of End of Contract income. Day to day, you will: Support the Transport Business by providing insight into the performance of Black Horse, Lex and Tusker. Support the wider Transport Finance team in delivery of forecasts and strategic operating plans. Build and maintain a wide network of contacts across Finance, fostering collaboration and teamwork. What you’ll need: A qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Strong analytical skills coupled with a curious and proactive mindset to be able to deliver real insight. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from different areas. Experience in financial services and product knowledge is a plus. A commitment to being onsite with the team at least two days a week.
