In this role, you will provide essential support to our front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly and professionally Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring a friendly and efficient dining experience for guests Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Comply with health and safety regulations, including food service and catering guidelines Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work atmosphere Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge This is a relief position running across various sites from Dalgety bay to Perth Meaning you will be working across variance sites as relief cover Valid drivers license and own car an advantage but not a requirement Travel expenses will be paid when travelling outside of your local area Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proven ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems Accurate cash handling and basic math skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Food safety certification a plus Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom Valid driver license and own car preferable
