This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking an Office/Project Administrator to join its thriving design studio on a permanent basis.
Working alongside the project, sales, accounts, and client management teams, you will provide administration support across a range of large-format graphics projects.
Your role will be broad and on a daily basis will include ensuring that project documentation is completed correctly, fully approved, and stored/filed in the right place, RAMS are created, permits and passes for the installation teams are applied for at the right time and are all in place, and generally providing admin and back office support across a wide variety of projects. You will also be involved in bigger-picture support in terms of helping to ensure project protocols are followed across the business and helping to implement new project systems and processes where needed.
Applicants must be dynamic, highly organised, excellent communicators, good negotiators, and available for a quick start. A solid office/project administration background, ideally within a design studio, architectural practice, or printer is highly desirable, and full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be office based 5 days a week. Free onsite parking is available.
