Libertatem Healthcare have an opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bristol, Somerset, providing either waking night care or day care for a young, bubbly boy with cerebral palsy who loves being outside, reading and playing games. Due to the support needs for this role you must be able to drive as well as have access to your own vehicle if you are not local to the area. We're dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible support and our people with the tools to achieve it, for more information contact daniel.scratcher@libertatemhealthcare.co.uk Working Hours: You will be a part of a team delivering care working either waking nights (three or four shifts per week, 8:30pm - 7:30am) or days (four hours per day 4:00pm - 8:00pm two weekdays and one weekend day per week) Key Responsibilities: Engaging with personalised routines. Assisting with care programme. Assisting with household cleaning. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions. Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
