On this graduate scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to work in different roles across a range of equipment and technology environments, such as supporting the safety of new ships, weapon systems, or updates of battle tanks that are already in service. There are huge variety of areas that you can get involved in at DE&S. The placements will span the engineering lifecycle; from early concept, next generation platforms and technologies, to acquisition and acceptance of new equipment, supporting in service systems through to the safe environmental disposal of obsolete equipment. Once you’ve successfully completed the scheme, you may be offered a permanent position within one of our engineering areas. With support provided at all levels throughout your career, we’ll help you reach your full potential as a Professional (Chartered) Engineer.
