We’re on the lookout for an E-Commerce Manager who is more than just a Shopify expert; you’re a marketeer, a strategist, and a creative powerhouse who thrives on growth.
Our current Shopify store generates over £1 million per year, but we’re scaling up fast.
We’re launching multiple new e-commerce ventures and need someone to lead the charge in creating a fully automated, high-performing e-commerce ecosystem.
This role is ideally based in Hopton On Sea, but we’re open to hybrid working for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Shopify Management & Expansion – Oversee and optimise our existing Shopify store, while launching and managing multiple new Shopify-powered e-commerce brands.
2. Live Shopping & Social Commerce – Drive sales through live shopping events on social media, using Shopify as the core system.
3. E-Commerce Automation & Scaling – Build and integrate an automated ecosystem that connects marketing, fulfilment, and customer engagement seamlessly.
4. Conversion & Revenue Growth – Use data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases.
5. Marketing & Customer Engagement – Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that attract and retain customers through paid ads, email, and social media.
6. SEO & Analytics – Ensure data and insights drive decisions, optimising our Shopify sites for search engines and tracking key performance metrics.
7. Tech Stack Implementation – Work with a variety of e-commerce tools to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and increase sales.
What You Need:
1. Shopify Mastery – Proven experience managing, optimising, and scaling Shopify stores, with expertise in themes, apps, automation, and customisation.
2. E-Commerce Growth Experience – At least 3 years in e-commerce, with a track record of driving revenue, improving user experience, and increasing traffic.
3. Marketing & Growth Mindset – You understand how to engage customers, build a brand, and convert visitors into loyal buyers.
4. SEO & Analytics Knowledge – Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and SEO best practices to boost organic reach.
5. Live Shopping & Social Commerce – Familiarity with live selling platforms like CommentSold and a strong understanding of social-driven e-commerce.
6. Data-Driven Approach – A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and performance tracking to constantly improve results.
