An innovative UK-based manufacturing business specialising in sustainable battery production for electric vehicles is currently looking to hire a HR Manager. The successful candidate will manage all HR functions, providing support for employees and managers, and ensuring legal compliance across HR policies and practices. The HR Manager will: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring of new employees. Support performance management processes, including conducting appraisals and providing feedback to ensure ongoing development and productivity. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and performance-based incentives. Oversee employee benefits packages and ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing legal requirements. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and retention rates. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs to enhance skills and improve performance. The HR Manager will have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD certification is highly desirable. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Experience with performance management and employee development. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and industry trends.
