Scheme Manager
Location: Leeds/ Wakefield
Contract: 6 month FTC
Hours: Full Time - 35 hrs pw
Salary: £32,600 + £2,000 car user allowance
I am currently recruiting for a housing association that requires a Scheme Manager to oversee their Extra Care Schemes in Leeds and Wakefield. The role is initially offered on a 6 month FTC with a view to extend.
Responsibilities of the Scheme Manager include:
1. Working across extra care schemes, supporting those aged 55+
2. Encouraging independent living
3. Managing income collection processes
4. Ensuring compliance with tenancy checks
5. Investigating reports of ASB
6. Managing the lettings and nominations process
7. Meeting void targets
8. Completing communal inspections
9. Carrying out health and safety checks
Requirements of the Scheme Manager include:
1. Enhanced DBS check
2. UK driving license and access to own vehicle
