These roles have come about as they have been making recent internal promotions so they need those 2nd Line Customer Support Engineer to come in and help support the function as the business grows. The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting a range of issues for the company's 150 clients, working with a diverse set of features including Live Chat, Chatbots, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.
Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshooting and resolving 2nd Line issues within the company's SaaS platform.
Providing exceptional customer service and communication.
Utilizing your SaaS and SQL/database experience to solve complex problems.
