10x Temporary Customer Service Advisor Location: Ferndale Start Date: Wednesday 30th April Contract Length: 6 Weeks (possible extension thereafter) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm (30 hours per week) We're looking for 10 articulate and professional Customer Service Advisors to support a fast-paced medical booking service in Ferndale. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, handling high call volumes and ensuring accurate, timely data entry. This is a temporary 6-week role with potential for extension or hybrid/remote working options after the initial period. Role Summary Take inbound calls for medical appointment bookings (GP, Dentist, Physio, etc.) Handle 80–100 calls per day with empathy and efficiency Accurately input notes into a CRM system Maintain professional, clear and articulate communication at all times Strong written ability is essential for data entry and CRM updates What We're Looking For: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Calm, confident phone manner with attention to detail Previous experience in a call centre or healthcare booking role is ideal CRM/data entry experience is highly beneficial Must be comfortable discussing criminal record information (spent or unspent – not necessarily disqualifying) Office-based in Ferndale initially, with the potential for hybrid or fully remote working after 6 weeks should the contract extend, or a permanent opportunity become available.
